What we're talking about:

video preview

Devin AI

Cognition Labs released the first fully AI software developer, Devin.

Achieving fully AI-managed software engineering has been a Holy Grail of academic and industry research for decades and Devin looks like a leap forward in this area of computer science.

Devin is currently in limited release and the features shown in the demo won't eliminate the need for human software developers overnight.

But AI-enabled software development is certainly going to become a growing field within tech.

We expect AI developer tools to join the growing collection of tools like no-code and white-label apps that reduce the labor and capital costs of new product development for founders and teams at all stages of growth.

Check out the demo on YouTube.

What we're reading:

$100M Offers by Alex Hormozi

Regardless of the ultimate effects of outsourcing development to AI engineering tools, there's one aspect of business that can't be automated away:

Iterative problem-solving to better identify your customer's needs and offer them better solutions.

Recently we've been working on improving our own offers and Alex Hormozi's $100M Offers has been super helpful source of inspiration and guidance.

If you're working on growing your business and feel like you've hit a roadblock where people aren't connecting with your offer, grab a copy on Amazon.

What we're watching:

Sam Altman on Rapid Iteration

In this Instagram clip, Sam Altman gives advice on speed of iteration.

He explains why we should shorten iteration cycles in our business and that it's not unrealistic to shorten a process that once took weeks to only days.

Check it out on Instagram.
